Job Description

Scope of Work:

Developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and managing client relationships in a specific territory.

Key responsibilities

involve regular market visits, ensuring product visibility, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with marketing for promotions. This role requires a bachelor's degree (preferably in business or marketing), proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. A high school diploma with relevant experience may also be considered.

Experience:

Proven experience in field sales, ideally within the FMCG sector for 3-4 years

Skills:


1. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

6. Goal-driven with resilience and strong time management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
