We are looking for a hardworking, honest, and dedicated sales executive to join our FMCG sales team. The role involves visiting retail shops, general trade markets, wholesalers, HoReCa outlets, generating leads, converting new customers, and handling basic credit collections when required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily market visits to retail shops and wholesale markets.
2. Identify new leads and convert them to active customers.
3. Promote Solero spice products and ensure brand visibility.
4. Maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.
5. Handle follow-ups and credit collection when required.
6. Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
1. Must have a 2 wheeler and valid driving license.
2. Prior FMCG or field sales experience preferred.
3. Good communication and convincing skills.
4. Ability to work independently and responsibly.
5. Honest, disciplined, and result oriented mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
