Job Description

To connect with potential and existing customers, distributors, and retailers over the phone to promote FMCG products, generate leads, support sales teams, and ensure smooth communication between the company and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Customer Outreach & Lead Generation



Make outbound calls to potential customers, retailers, and distributors to promote FMCG products. Generate sales leads and pass them on to field sales teams for conversion. Inform customers about new launches, offers, schemes, and promotions.

2. Customer Relationship Management



Handle inbound queries related to product details, pricing, availability, and schemes. Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors through regular follow-up. Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate issues to concerned departments.

3. Sales Support4. Reporting & Data Management

Coordinate with field sales teams for order booking and delivery updates. Record customer requirements and ensure timely processing. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and customer database in CRM/excel. Provide regular MIS reports on call outcomes, lead generation, and feedback. Track and share market/customer insights with the sales team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,671.01 per month
