Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail outlets, distributors, and dealers to promote and sell company products.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the field.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure product visibility and availability in the market.
Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
Handle customer queries and provide post-sales support.
Prepare daily visit and sales reports.
Requirements:
Minimum Graduate preferred.
1-3 years of field sales experience (FMCG / Consumer Goods preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Own two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
