Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Identify and onboard distributors and retailers in assigned territories. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure consistent product availability. Achieve monthly sales targets and market expansion goals. Ensure proper placement, visibility, and promotion of products at retail outlets. Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback for strategy improvement. Conduct regular visits to the market to track sales performance and collection. Coordinate with the internal team for timely supply and issue resolution.

Requirements



Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in FMCG sales (preferred). Strong knowledge of local market (Rajkot and surrounding areas). Proven ability to build distributor and retailer networks. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively. Qualification: Graduate (preferred), but not mandatory if experienced.
