Key Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for FMCG products.
Market Development:
Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and institutional clients in the assigned region.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to ensure continuous product movement.
Promotions & Merchandising:
Execute trade promotions, product displays, and in-store branding to maximize visibility and sales.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide actionable insights to management.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate sales records, submit regular sales reports, and track receivables.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability and smooth order fulfillment.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
2-3 years in FMCG field sales, distribution management, or channel sales.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strong network with distributors/retailers in the region is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple accounts, and travel extensively within the territory.
