Job Summary:

As a Sales Coordinator candidate in this role plays a vital role in supporting the sales and marketing team by efficiently coordinating and managing field promoters and sales representatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the success of promotional campaigns and sales initiatives. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth execution of promotional and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Promoter Scheduling

:

1) Coordinate with promoters to schedule shifts and ensure they are well-informed about their responsibilities.

Resource Allocation:

1) Ensure promoters have the necessary stock , promotional materials, samples, and equipment to execute their tasks effectively.

2) Monitor inventory levels and place orders for promotional materials as needed.

Performance Monitoring:

1) Monitor promoter and sales representative performance and provide feedback to help improve their effectiveness.

2) Track key performance metrics, such as leads generated or products sold, and report on these metrics to the Sales Manager.

Communication:

1) Serve as a point of contact between promoters and the sales team, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

2) Maintain clear and open communication channels to disseminate important information to the promoter team.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

2. Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role will be an added advantage.

3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Ready to travel across locations as required.

8. Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
