To promote and sell the company's range of health, wellness, and personal care products (FMCG) to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, dieticians) and potentially end-users, driving market penetration, achieving sales targets, and building strong brand presence in a defined territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Promotion:
Promote FMCG health products (vitamins, supplements, hygiene, etc.) through presentations and discussions with HCPs.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned products.
Introduce new products and generate prescriptions/recommendations.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and key opinion leaders.
Act as a liaison, channeling feedback and inquiries between HCPs and the company.
Market Intelligence:
Gather feedback on product performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide actionable insights to management to refine marketing and sales strategies.
Brand Building & Education:
Increase brand awareness and educate healthcare professionals on product benefits, usage, and scientific backing.
Organize or attend local meetings, seminars, and health camps.
Operations & Reporting:
Manage stock availability and ensure timely delivery in pharmacies/clinics.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and expenses.
Submit regular sales reports and activity logs to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences preferred).
Proven sales experience (FMCG, Pharma, or related field).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the local healthcare market and customer needs.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
