Job Description

:

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in the marble or natural stone industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, visit, and onboard new retail outlets, distributors, and stockists in the assigned territory Promote and sell FMCG products to existing and new clients Ensure product placement, in-store visibility, and branding in retail stores Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and report progress to the sales manager Coordinate with the supply chain for timely delivery and order fulfillment Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity and gather market intelligence Maintain and grow long-term relationships with channel partners and retailers Prepare daily sales reports and route plans

Candidate Requirements:

? 2-3 years of field sales experience in the

FMCG sector

? Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets
? Good knowledge of the

Ghaziabad/Sahibabad retail market

? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
? Basic understanding of inventory, sales tracking, and distributor management
? Self-motivated and able to work independently
? Must own a

two-wheeler with a valid driving license
