Position: Field Salesman - FMCG Sector (Spices/Masalas)
Location: Barak Valley.

What You'll Do:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
2. Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in assigned territory.
3. Promote and sell our top-quality FMCG products to new customers.
4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
5. Ensure timely collections and deliveries in coordination with the supply chain.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience in FMCG sales (Preferred).
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
3. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
4. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
5. A valid driver's license.
