Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and growth objectives.
Manage and motivate the sales team to ensure performance goals are met.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other trade partners.
Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and promotional activities in the market.
Monitor sales performance through regular reporting and analytics.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular market visits to assess team performance and customer feedback.
