Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

1 year experience

in FMCG Sales (preferably food products). Good knowledge of the local Trichy market. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle field sales and meet daily market visits. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle primary & secondary sales for FMCG food products in the assigned area. Manage distributors, dealers, and retail outlets to ensure product availability. Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure market coverage. Track competitor activities and provide market insights. Execute promotional activities, schemes, and product launches. Ensure on-time order collection, billing, and payment follow-up. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with retailers & distributors.

Benefits:
