Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven B2B SaaS Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. You will join a pioneering AI-powered platform that is revolutionizing the FMCG industry and be responsible for driving its growth. In this role, you will recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Account Executives, develop our sales strategy, and oversee the entire sales function to exceed revenue targets. This is a hybrid leadership role offering the flexibility of remote work and strategic client interactions, complete with a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and travel reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Develop a Team:

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of B2B SaaS Account Executives, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Drive Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the FMCG market and achieve ambitious growth targets.

?

Performance Management:

Set clear sales quotas and KPIs for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular coaching and feedback to ensure success.

Pipeline & Forecasting:

Oversee the team's sales pipeline from lead generation to close, ensuring accurate forecasting and data integrity within the CRM.

Strategic Engagement:

Personally engage in high-value deals, assist the team with complex negotiations, and build relationships with key industry stakeholders.

?

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success leadership to align on go-to-market strategy and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:



?

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales

, with a

minimum of 2+ years in a sales management

or team leadership role.

?

Proven track record

of building, leading, and scaling successful sales teams to consistently meet or exceed targets.

Strong strategic thinking

and the ability to design and implement effective sales processes.

Expert-level proficiency with CRM software

(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for reporting, forecasting, and performance management.

Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills

with a passion for developing sales talent.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
