The FM Technician is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining critical equipment, validating site team meter readings, and ensuring accurate dashboard reporting. The role demands strong technical expertise, attention to detail in data accuracy, and active use of FM technology tools to deliver seamless facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor and validate daily meter readings (electricity, water, diesel, gas, etc.) input by site teams.
2. Detect, correct, and escalate errors/anomalies in data entries.
3. Ensure dashboards, CAFM/CMMS, and digital reports are always updated and error-free.
4. Has knowledge of critical equipments
5. Act as the link between on-ground operations and the technology team for continuous improvement of FM platforms.
Basic Requirements
Education
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related trade.
Experience
:
1. 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Facilities Management (preferably in commercial, industrial, or IT facilities).
3. Prior exposure to critical equipment such as DG sets, UPS, HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, and electrical panels.
4. Experience in meter reading, data entry, and dashboard monitoring is must required
