The Client Marketing Manager is responsible for the marketing and business development of our clients. This includes managing the marketing process, designing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer conversion rates; defining the vision for the company; working with sales to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met; developing marketing collateral; and overseeing all aspects of the client’s public image.
Responsibilities:
Develop a content strategy that will drive traffic, leads, conversions, and customer satisfaction
Create compelling collateral to promote brand awareness
Manage analytics to identify trends in customer behaviour
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
Develop the core positioning and messaging for the company
Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
Deliver a monthly revenue forecast
Deliver quarterly sales presentations for board members - Brief press at quarterly press conferences - Act as a leader within the company
Should have a plan to convert cold calls to leads
Should be good with digital marketing techniques and skills
Should be aware of Indiamart, just dial and other media platforms.
Sending WhatsApp messages, SMS and email to Cold Leads
Talking to Customers who have grabbed our attention after reading our messages
Adding value by sending educational information about our products
Establishing credibility by talking to customers explaining about our company and products.
Creating curiosity if the customer shares his requirement and taking appointment from him
Discussing with our sales team regarding the generated leads
Submitting reports every day
