Role Overview

Flutter Trainers (2023 pass-outs and prior) deliver hands-on mobile app development training using Flutter/Dart for in-house batches and college students. Focus on building cross-platform apps with practical projects.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct offline sessions on Flutter fundamentals, Dart programming, widgets, state management, and app deployment. Prepare materials: PPTs, code labs, assignments, and capstone projects for Android/iOS apps. Assess learners via quizzes, app prototypes, and feedback; report progress to team/colleges. Lead workshops at assigned colleges with travel as needed.
Qualifications

B.Tech or M.Tech (2023 pass-outs and before) in CS/IT or related fields. Preferred: Flutter certifications or Google Developer expertise.
Required Skills

Technical skills include Dart programming, Flutter widgets and UI design, state management with Provider or Riverpod, Firebase integration, REST APIs, and app publishing to stores. Teaching skills cover strong communication, live demos, and mentoring diverse student groups. Other requirements feature travel flexibility and passion for mobile development training in a permanent role.
