The Flutter Technical Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of high-performance mobile applications. This role combines hands-on Flutter development with technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration to build scalable and maintainable mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Flutter-based mobile applications.
Define and enforce scalable architecture and coding standards across Flutter projects.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews, define testing strategies, and ensure high-quality releases.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.
Integrate mobile applications with IoT & IoMT devices using BLE, Bluetooth Classic, TCP sockets, and other communication protocols.
Research and adopt new tools, frameworks, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Manage project timelines, dependencies, and technical risks while ensuring delivery milestones are met.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework.
Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM and BLoC.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Firebase and AWS.
Knowledge of mobile performance optimization, testing, and deployment pipelines.
Exposure to or interest in applying advanced concepts such as quantum engineering principles is a plus.
Experience & Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience in mobile application development using Flutter.
Proven experience leading Flutter development teams in startup or fast-paced environments.
Hands-on experience building and scaling production-grade mobile applications.
Leadership & Collaboration Competencies
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Ability to mentor engineers and lead by example.
Comfortable working in cross-functional, agile product teams.
