Job Title:* Flutter Team Lead

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Lead a team of Flutter developers to design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications.

• Architect and develop reusable, high-performance code using Flutter and Dart.

• Leverage prior experience in *Android Native* development for advanced integrations and performance optimization.

• Manage the *end-to-end app deployment* process to the *Google Play Store* and *Apple App Store*, including handling certificates, provisioning profiles, and store compliance.

• Ensure app compatibility across a wide range of *device models, **OS versions, and **form factors*.

• Integrate with *third-party APIs, SDKs, analytics platforms, and **payment gateways* (such as Razorpay, Stripe, Paytm, etc.).

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of app *store policies*, SDK updates, and guidelines for ongoing compliance.

• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize app performance and battery efficiency.

• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and QA teams to deliver consistent and user-friendly mobile experiences.

• Mentor junior developers and enforce development best practices and coding standards.

# Required Skills & Experience:*

• 7 8 years of professional mobile development experience with *at least 3 years in Flutter*.

• Strong foundation in *Android Native (Java/Kotlin)* development.

• Proven experience in publishing apps to *Play Store* and *App Store*, with understanding of submission processes and platform-specific guidelines.

• Familiarity with *Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies*, especially around privacy, monetization, and app review guidelines.

• Proficient in managing *device local database storage* (e.g., SQLite, Hive, Moor/Drift, Realm) effectively to improve application performance and responsiveness.

• Solid understanding of *mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Bloc)*.

• Experience with *device fragmentation* management and testing strategies across various Android/iOS devices.

• Proficient in *API integration*, including RESTful services, authentication, and third-party libraries.

• Hands-on with *payment gateway integration*, error handling, and security best practices.

• Excellent team management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
