JD

Lead the architecture, design, and development of advanced Flutter applications that push the boundaries of user experience and performance.Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define, implement, and deliver new features and enhancements.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and consistent design patterns.Optimize application performance through profiling, debugging, and implementing efficient algorithms and UI components.Design and implement robust and scalable state management solutions, taking into consideration long-term maintainability and extensibility.Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in Flutter and mobile development, and share knowledge with the team.Contribute to the development of coding standards, architectural guidelines, and development processes to improve team efficiency and product quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and challenges.Drive the adoption of modern development practices, tools, and technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of mobile development.
