About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled

Flutter Mentor

to lead a hands-on

weekdays workshop

focused on mobile app development using Flutter. The ideal candidate must have

practical experience

in both front-end UI design and back-end integration, with the ability to guide B.Tech students through real-time projects, coding exercises, and deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver interactive, hands-on Flutter sessions to college students with clear focus on both

UI/UX and backend integration

(e.g., Firebase, Node.js, APIs). Guide students through

project-based learning

, including app development from scratch. Explain key concepts such as

State Management (Provider/Bloc), Navigation, API Integration, Firebase, Authentication

, and

Database Management

. Support students in debugging, code reviews, and deploying apps. Provide documentation, sample codes, and post-workshop support materials. Maintain energy and engagement during sessions; ensure all students follow along practically. Coordinate with college coordinators and the DataValley operations team for smooth session flow.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficient in

Flutter and Dart

programming. Strong understanding of

Material Design

, responsive UI building, and animations. Experience with

backend services

- Firebase (Firestore, Auth), REST APIs, or Node.js. Hands-on experience building and deploying mobile applications (Android/iOS). Good communication skills and a passion for teaching. Prior experience conducting workshops or mentoring students is a strong plus.
