About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Flutter Lead/Technology Lead to join our team. This is a strategic technical leadership position where you will drive the development of high-quality Flutter applications across Android, iOS, and Windows platforms while mentoring a talented team of developers. You'll play a crucial role in shaping our technical direction, enhancing team productivity, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership:

Build, test, and maintain Flutter applications for Android, iOS, and Windows platforms Provide technical recommendations for feature developments and architectural decisions Design and build complex solutions that meet business requirements Create proof of concepts (PoCs) to validate technical approaches Develop comprehensive technical documentation for projects and processes Incorporate AI technologies into the development process to enhance efficiency

Team Leadership & Development

Guide and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth Delegate tasks effectively across the team to optimize productivity Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality standards Drive process quality improvements and establish best practices Enhance overall team productivity through effective leadership and knowledge sharing Foster a collaborative environment that creates value for both customers and the team

Stakeholder Management

Engage in proactive communication with clients regarding development tasks and project status Take full ownership of project deliverables and outcomes Manage expectations and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives

DevOps & Deployment

Deploy flavored applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Ensure smooth and reliable application releases

Required Skills & Technologies

Core Technologies

Flutter (expert-level proficiency) Riverpod for state management Hive for local database solutions Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management Firebase for backend services Azure Notification Hub for push notifications

Additional Competencies

Cross-platform development expertise (Android, iOS, Windows) Strong understanding of mobile application architecture and design patterns Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows Knowledge of app store deployment processes and guidelines

Experience Requirements

7+ years of professional software development experience Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects Demonstrated experience in Flutter application development across multiple platforms Previous experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
