Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Business & Technology Operations with a strong hands-on technical background and proven leadership in delivering scalable digital solutions. The ideal candidate will bridge business strategy and technology execution, lead cross-functional teams, and drive end-to-end project delivery across web, mobile, and backend systems.

This role requires a balance of technical architecture, people management, client collaboration, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across mobile, web, and backend platforms

Align technology strategy with business goals to ensure profitability, quality, and scalability

Manage project governance including scope, timelines, risk management, and delivery excellence

Oversee resource planning, utilization, budgeting, and operational efficiency

Mentor and manage cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, tech leads)

Technical & Architecture

Provide hands-on technical contribution in:

Flutter mobile applications

MERN stack (Node.js, Express.js, React.js)

Design and review scalable system architectures

Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization

Implement best practices across SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management

Client & Stakeholder Management

Work closely with clients and stakeholders for requirement analysis and prioritization

Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, estimations, and proposal preparation

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Innovation & Process Improvement

Drive technology innovation initiatives

Build and strengthen technical capabilities within the organization

Promote continuous improvement in development and delivery processes
