Flutter Developer Interns

to join our growing development team at our Trivandrum office. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in mobile app development and work on real-time projects under professional guidance.

Internship Details

Position:

Flutter Developer Intern

Location:

Trivandrum (On-site)

Training Duration:

3 to 6 months (duration may be reduced based on the candidate's skill level)*

Stipend:

No salary during the training period

Training Provided:

Yes - structured, hands-on training with real project exposure

Post-Training Opportunity:

Successful candidates will be offered a

permanent position

in the company based on performance and capability

Performance Policy:

If the candidate fails to meet performance expectations during training, the internship may be discontinued

Responsibilities

Learn and apply Flutter and Dart to build and maintain mobile applications Work closely with mentors and senior developers on assigned tasks Contribute to UI/UX improvements and integration with APIs Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews Demonstrate consistent learning, commitment, and professionalism

Requirements

Basic knowledge of

Flutter

and

Dart programming language

Strong interest in mobile app development and learning new technologies Must bring their own

laptop

for training and development work Should be available

full-time

at our Trivandrum office during training

No leaves

are allowed except on company-declared holidays Any

unapproved or repeated absences

will negatively impact evaluation

Interview Process

1 or 2 rounds of interviews (technical and/or HR) will be conducted before final selection
