As a Flutter/Firebase Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable mobile applications for our insurance domain clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.Responsibilities:Architect Mobile Solutions: Design and architect scalable and high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Firebase for the insurance domain.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team in implementing best practices, code reviews, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Solution Design: Create architectural designs, technical specifications, and solution documentation to guide the development team in building robust and scalable applications.Development: Hands-on development using Flutter and Firebase to implement key features and functionalities of the mobile applications.Code Quality: Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.Testing and Deployment: Work closely with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure the quality of deliverables. Collaborate with DevOps teams for continuous integration and deployment.Technical Mentoring: Mentor and train junior developers in Flutter and Firebase best practices and technologies.Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in mobile technologies, Flutter, Firebase, and the insurance domain to continuously improve our offerings.Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of X years of experience in mobile application development using Flutter and Firebase.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proven experience in architecting and building complex mobile applications for the insurance domain.
• Hands-on experience with Firebase services such as Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, etc.
• Proficiency in Dart programming language and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
