We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Flutter Developer

with

2 to 3 years of experience

to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building high-performance, scalable, and visually appealing mobile applications using the Flutter framework. You will work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless cross-platform mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable mobile applications using the

Flutter framework

and

Dart

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences. Implement responsive UI components, custom animations, and platform-specific features. Integrate

RESTful APIs

, third-party libraries, and backend services to enhance app functionality. Optimize application performance, resolve bugs, and ensure responsiveness across a range of devices and screen sizes. Conduct thorough code reviews, write unit and widget tests, and maintain documentation for future scalability. Stay up-to-date with emerging Flutter features, tools, and mobile development trends. Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and team meetings.

Requirements:

2 - 3 years of experience

in Flutter development for both Android and iOS platforms. Strong command of

Dart programming language

and solid understanding of

Flutter architecture

. Experience with

State Management

solutions (e.g., Provider, River pod, Bloc). Proficiency in integrating

RESTful APIs

,

JSON

, and handling asynchronous programming. Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and best practices. Familiarity with

Git version control

, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development workflows. Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills. Attention to detail and a passion for clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Experience with native Android/iOS development (Kotlin, Swift) is a plus. Knowledge of Firebase, Push Notifications, and in-app purchases. Exposure to app publishing process on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
