Flutter Developer Mentor - Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Flutter Developer Mentor

to train and mentor students/professionals in Flutter app development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart, along with strong teaching and communication skills to deliver engaging sessions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct online/offline training sessions on

Flutter & Dart

for students and working professionals. Design and develop training materials, including

presentations, coding exercises, and projects

. Guide students in building real-world applications using Flutter. Provide

code reviews, feedback, and mentorship

to learners. Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter updates and best practices. Assist students in

debugging and troubleshooting

Flutter applications. Prepare and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and capstone projects. Help students in

portfolio building

and interview preparation.

Requirements:

Proven experience

in Flutter and Dart development. Strong understanding of

State Management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.)

. Experience with

Firebase, REST APIs, SQLite, and third-party integrations

. Hands-on experience in

mobile UI/UX design

. Familiarity with

Git/GitHub

. Prior experience in

teaching, mentoring, or conducting workshops

is a plus. Strong

communication and presentation skills

. Passion for

teaching and guiding aspiring developers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
