Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. Work closely with backend developers and UI/UX designers to deliver smooth user experiences. Build features and modules tailored to HRMS and ERP product workflows. Integrate APIs and third-party services, ensuring security and performance. Debug and resolve application issues and bottlenecks. Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Requirements:

2-4 years of professional experience in Flutter development. Prior experience in HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) and/or ERP platforms. Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and state management (e.g., Provider, BLoC). Proficient with Git and version control. Experience with Firebase, app publishing, and real-time data handling. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an agile environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
