Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Flutter Developer who will design, build and maintain high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework and the Dart programming language. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers and product stakeholders to deliver scalable, performant and user-friendly apps.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android) using Flutter and Dart. Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into code that produces smooth, responsive interfaces. Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs and services (Firebase, local storage, etc). Ensure code quality, performance optimization, responsiveness of apps across devices. Participate in code reviews, suggest best practices, maintain clean & maintainable code base. Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA and operations to deliver features, bug fixes, and app releases (to App Store / Play Store Stay updated on new Flutter/Dart features, frameworks, architectures, state management patterns and bring them in to improve development process (Optional) Mentor junior developers, help set architecture decisions or build reusable custom widgets/packages.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework. Experience with cross-platform mobile development for Android and iOS. Good understanding of mobile development concepts: UI/UX principles, responsive layouts, memory/performance optimization. Experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party libraries and SDKs. Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, GetX) and architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture). Experience with version control systems (Git) and modern development tooling. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
