: Experienced Flutter Developer - Healthcare & Fitness Applications

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to build and maintain healthcare and fitness-related mobile applications. The role involves end-to-end app development, handling Play Store and App Store releases, integrating with healthcare sensors and fitness trackers, and ensuring high reliability and security.
The candidate must be strong in Flutter, clean architecture, state management, Firebase, and app release processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Flutter Application DevelopmentDevelop scalable, high-quality mobile applications using Flutter & Dart. Implement responsive UI/UX based on provided designs. Maintain a feature-first, modular project structure following Clean Architecture principles. Utilize Riverpod and Bloc for efficient, testable state management.

2. Healthcare & Fitness IntegrationsIntegrate medical workflows, patient dashboards, and vitals measurement features. Work with fitness tracking SDKs such as: Google Fit Apple HealthKit Other wearable/fitness APIs. Implement background features such as background fetch, periodic data sync, and offline-first handling.

3. API & Backend IntegrationIntegrate REST APIs with proper error handling, parsing, caching, and retry mechanisms. Work closely with backend teams for real-time WebSocket streams and device-data sync.

4. Firebase EcosystemImplement Firebase services: Authentication Firestore / Realtime DB Cloud Messaging Crashlytics Remote Config Analytics Handle push notifications, topic subscriptions, and analytics event tracking.

5. App Store & Play Store Release ManagementHandle full release cycle: App signing, bundle generation, versioning. Store listing management and compliance checks. Addressing Play Store / App Store review issues. Ensure compliance with Android 15 and latest iOS SDK requirements.

6. Architecture & Code QualityWrite clean, modular, maintainable code with proper documentation. Follow Clean Architecture, domain separation, and scalable project structuring. Work with Git workflows: Branching strategies (feature, develop, main) Pull requests Code reviews


7. Performance, Debugging &DevToolsUse Flutter DevTools for: Performance profiling Memory leak checks Layout/animation debugging Implement Crashlytics logs, performance monitoring, and optimization.


Required SkillsStrong experience with Flutter & Dart. State management: Riverpod, Bloc, or similar. Architecture patterns: Clean Architecture, Feature-first structure, Modular codebase. Firebase services and configurations. Experience with Google Fit, Apple HealthKit, or similar fitness SDKs. Handling background tasks and offline capabilities. REST API integration and real-time data handling. Strong in Git & GitHub collaboration workflows. Experience publishing apps on Google Play and Apple App Store.


Good to HaveKnowledge of Bluetooth/BLE device integrations. * Familiarity with unit testing, widget tests, and integration tests.
