8 to 10 Years Relevant Experience


We are seeking an experienced and innovative Flutter Developer to join our team in designing and building scalable, high-performance mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on Flutter experience, a deep understanding of modern application architecture, and a proven ability to lead technical initiatives. This role will contribute across the full development lifecycle, from solution design to deployment and support, in a dynamic Agile environment.


Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy high-quality mobile and web applications using Flutter and Dart. Lead architectural decisions and solution design for mobile and web platforms. Develop from the ground up, building scalable applications with clean architecture and maintainable code. Manage and implement state management using tools such as Provider, Redux, or MobX. Collaborate across front-end and back-end teams, ensuring seamless integration of mobile/web applications with APIs and backend services. Architect, document, and develop System Design Documents, Integration Flows, and technical specifications. Manage mobile app deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including certification and provisioning profiles. Lead and mentor development teams, offering guidance on best practices, code reviews, and architectural patterns. Work within Agile frameworks, collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness across platforms and devices. Use Git and modern version control workflows for collaborative development. Stay updated with emerging Flutter technologies and continuously improve team practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Flutter Developer. Extensive hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart (minimum 5 years). Proficient in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) for native integrations. Strong understanding of mobile and web app architecture and responsive design. Experience with Flutter Web technologies and cross-platform development. Proficiency with architecture methodologies, frameworks, and design patterns. Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. Experience deploying applications and managing certificates for the Apple Store and Google Play Store. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. Comfortable working in highly dynamic environments with shifting priorities.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with Node.js, Express, or Firebase for backend integration. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps workflows. Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Exposure to identity and access management systems. Knowledge of content management systems (headless or traditional). Prior experience in the Telecom domain is a plus. Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal/professional apps.
