About the Role:

We are building a

multitask accounting management application

using Flutter, featuring

Accounting Management, Inventory Management, Reporting, and Data Analytics

. We are looking for a

Senior Flutter Developer

who can lead Flutter app development end-to-end, ensure scalability, and efficiently handle large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end development of Flutter mobile applications for

Android and iOS

. Design and build

scalable, responsive UIs

with reusable components, animations, and modern UX patterns. Optimize application performance, memory usage, and API communication. Integrate

REST APIs, WebSockets, Firebase services

, and third-party SDKs. Collaborate closely with backend teams to define API contracts and data structures. Implement and manage

offline storage

solutions (Hive / SQLite). Manage app deployment and release processes for

Google Play Store and Apple App Store

. Mentor junior Flutter developers and conduct regular code reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience

in Flutter development. Strong proficiency in

Dart

and Flutter frameworks. Experience with state management solutions such as

Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX

. Solid understanding of

scalable architecture patterns

(MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture). Strong knowledge of

UI/UX best practices

and responsive design. Experience with

Firebase services

(Authentication, Firestore, FCM, Analytics). Familiarity with handling

large datasets

and data-heavy applications.

Additional / Preferred Skills:

Experience with backend technologies such as

Node.js or Django

. Database knowledge:

SQL:

PostgreSQL, MySQL

NoSQL:

MongoDB Understanding of

REST APIs, GraphQL

, and

microservices architecture

. Knowledge of

Docker, CI/CD pipelines

, and cloud platforms such as

AWS

is a plus. Exposure to

data analytics, reporting tools, BI tools (e.g., JasperReports)

is an advantage.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
