Job Title: Lead Flutter Developer
Experience: 8-12 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Flutter app development across multiple projects using Flutter, Dart, Kotlin, and Swift.

• Provide technical leadership and guide the team in adopting best practices in mobile architecture (MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture).

• Drive architectural decisions, enforce performance optimizations, and ensure efficient use of Firebase and backend APIs (REST/GraphQL).

• Plan and execute sprints; manage Agile ceremonies using Jira and Confluence.

• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Docker.

• Review code, enforce secure coding practices, maintain high standards of code quality, and manage release cycles.

• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers using tools like Figma to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, mentorship, and continuous skill development within the team
