Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled

Full Stack Flutter Developer

who can build, integrate, and maintain cross-platform mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in

Flutter (Frontend)

and strong hands-on experience in

Backend development

(Node.js, Django, or similar).

You'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-performance applications that provide seamless user experiences across Android, iOS, and the web.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain

mobile & web apps

using

Flutter & Dart

. Design and build

RESTful or GraphQL APIs

for app-backend communication. Integrate apps with backend services and databases (Firebase / MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL). Manage

end-to-end development

, including frontend, backend, and deployment. Implement clean architecture and follow best coding practices. Work with UI/UX teams to deliver pixel-perfect and responsive designs. Optimize app performance, handle debugging, and fix production issues. Manage version control using Git/GitHub. Deploy and manage applications on cloud servers (AWS, Google Cloud, Firebase, or DigitalOcean).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Strong experience in

Flutter & Dart

(cross-platform development).
? Hands-on backend experience in

Node.js / Express / Django / Flask

? Good understanding of

REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations

? Database experience -

MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Firebase

.
? Familiarity with

Git

, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
? Knowledge of

State Management

(Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, GetX).
? Experience with

Firebase services

(Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Push Notifications).
? Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred (Good to Have):

Experience with

Flutter Web / Desktop

. Knowledge of

UI/UX design principles

. Understanding of

DevOps, Docker, or Cloud Deployment (AWS/GCP)

. Experience in building

modular, scalable architectures
