Role Description

We are looking for a

skilled Flutter Developer with 2-3 years of experience

to join our growing mobile development team at Expertinasia. This is a

full-time, on-site role based in Indore

. The Flutter Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using Flutter.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in

Flutter & Dart

, a solid understanding of mobile app architecture, and the ability to deliver clean, scalable, and user-friendly applications. Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and deploy high-performance mobile applications using

Flutter & Dart

. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices and coding standards. Implement UI/UX designs accurately using Flutter widgets, custom components, and animations. Integrate

REST APIs

, third-party SDKs,

Firebase

, and other backend services. Optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness across devices. Manage app builds and releases on

Google Play Store

and

Apple App Store

. Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and bugs. Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
Required Skills & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2-3 years of hands-on experience

in Flutter mobile app development. Strong understanding of

Dart

, Flutter architecture, and widget lifecycle. Experience with state management solutions such as

Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX

. Knowledge of

RESTful APIs

, JSON, authentication, and local data storage. Experience with

Git

, CI/CD tools, and Agile development methodologies. Familiarity with

Firebase services

(Firestore, Authentication, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging). Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design. Decent English communication skills - both written and verbal.
