We are seeking an exceptional Senior Flutter Developer to lead our mobile development efforts and drive the creation of innovative and high-quality mobile applications. As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for architecting complex solutions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class mobile experiences. Required Experience: 3 to 5 years Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of advanced Flutter applications that push the boundaries of user experience and performance.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define, implement, and deliver new features and enhancements.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and consistent design patterns.
• Optimize application performance through profiling, debugging, and implementing efficient algorithms and UI components.
• Design and implement robust and scalable state management solutions, taking into consideration long-term maintainability and extensibility.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in Flutter and mobile development, and share knowledge with the team.
• Contribute to the development of coding standards, architectural guidelines, and development processes to improve team efficiency and product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and challenges.
• Drive the adoption of modern development practices, tools, and technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of mobile development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb970,000.00 per month Benefits:
