We are looking for a skilled and motivated Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team at 2Base Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will work across the full app development lifecycle, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver seamless user experiences on both Android and iOS platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.


Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver new features with a seamless user experience.

Convert clean UI/UX designs into responsive, functional, and pixel-perfect user interfaces across Android and iOS platforms.

Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and third-party libraries to extend app functionality.

Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and stability, actively monitoring and addressing issues as they arise.

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices for Flutter app development.

Participate in code reviews, daily stand-up, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies to ensure continuous improvement and delivery.

Manage version control using Git and maintain proper documentation of features and technical decisions.

Handle end-to-end deployment of applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including app signing, release management, and updates.
Stay updated with Flutter ecosystem advancements and propose improvements to enhance app performance and development workflows.

Requirements

1-2 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying Flutter applications for Android and iOS platforms.


Strong command of Dart and a solid understanding of Flutter architecture, including widget tree, animations, and asynchronous programming.

Proven experience with Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Push Notifications), RESTful APIs, and third-party plugin integration

Familiarity with state management solutions such as Provider, BLoC, or GetX for scalable application architecture.
Ability to create pixel-perfect, responsive, and adaptive user interfaces across a range of devices and screen sizes

Understanding of the mobile app lifecycle, including debugging, performance profiling, and crash analytics.

Proficiency with Git and collaboration tools (GitHub/GitLab) and understanding of branching strategies and version control workflows.

Experience with dependency injection tools like get_it or injectable for clean and maintainable codebases.

Knowledge and hands-on experience with app deployment and release management on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Familiarity with clean architecture and modular coding practices to maintain scalable and testable codebases.

Ability to implement internet connectivity checks and offline-aware logic within mobile applications.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Exposure to unit testing and CI/CD workflows in Flutter projects is a plus.

Exposure to writing unit and widget tests in Flutter.
Familiarity with native Android or iOS development is a bonus.

Experience & Education Qualification
