Key Responsibilities
? Design and build high-performance, scalable Flutter
applications for mobile platforms.
? Lead architecture and implementation of clean and
maintainable codebases using state management approaches
like GetX or Riverpod.
? Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX
designers, backend engineers, and QA to deliver seamless user
experiences.
? Optimize application performance and responsiveness ensuring
smooth animations and transitions across devices.
? Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services (Firestore, Messaging),
and third-party libraries effectively and securely.
Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior developers, and
advocate best software development practices.
? Stay abreast of Flutter ecosystem developments and evaluate
new tools or techniques for adoption.
Required Skills
? 5+ years of mobile development experience including 3+ years
of hands-on Flutter development.
? Strong proficiency in Dart programming language and robust
understanding of Flutter framework.
? Expertise in GetX or Riverpod for state management and clean
architecture implementations.
? Solid experience integrating Firebase (Firestore, Messaging)
and consuming RESTful APIs.
? Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift)
development is a plus.
? Experience with CI/CD tools such as Codemagic and Fastlane
for automated build and deployment pipelines.
? Deep understanding of design patterns including Clean
Architecture, MVVM, and MVC.
Nice-to-Have
? Experience working with Flutter Web and Desktop applications.
? Published apps available on Google Play Store and Apple App
Store.
? Contributions to open-source Flutter projects or active
participation in Flutter developer communities.
