Lead architecture discussions and define best practices for Flutter development.
Optimize apps for performance, memory management, and responsiveness.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers.
Integrate APIs and third-party services (REST, GraphQL, Firebase, etc.).
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Work with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows for both Android and iOS.
Stay up-to-date with Flutter updates, libraries, and ecosystem trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in mobile application development.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart.
Deep understanding of OOP, BLoC/Provider/Riverpod, and state management.
Experience in deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play.
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
