Role Overview

We are seeking a

talented Flutter Developer

to join our dynamic team and contribute to building

high-quality mobile applications

. In this role, you will design and develop robust and scalable mobile applications for both

iOS and Android platforms using the Flutter framework

, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, to create

Key ResponsibilitiesFlutter Application Development

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS.

Write clean, reusable, scalable, and reader-friendly code using

Dart

following best coding practices.

Build and manage application modules and their sub-systems.

UI, Animations & Motion Design

Implement advanced UI animations, custom transitions, and smooth motion effects.

Work with:

Implicit & Explicit Animations

AnimationController, Tween, CurvedAnimation

Hero animations

CustomPainter

Lottie / Rive animations

Ensure apps deliver a modern, fluid, and engaging user experience.

Gamification & Interactive Features

Develop gamification features including:

Levels, badges, rewards, and scoring systems

Progress indicators and leaderboards

Adaptive user journeys based on behavior

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to build intuitive and engaging interfaces.

Backend & Integrations

Integrate

RESTful APIs

for seamless data retrieval and storage.

Utilize

Firebase services

such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Cloud Storage, and Crashlytics.

Implement push notifications, local storage, analytics, and third-party SDKs.

Testing, Quality & Performance

Conduct unit testing, widget testing, and integration testing.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure reliability.

Optimize application performance, memory usage, and responsiveness.

Collaboration & Code Management

Participate in code reviews and maintain version control using

Git

.

Document development processes for future upgrades and maintenance.

Ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered features.

Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills

3-4 years of hands-on experience in

Flutter (Dart)

development.

Strong understanding of:

Flutter animations & motion design

State management (Provider / Riverpod / GetX / BLoC)

Firebase backend services

RESTful APIs and third-party integrations

Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.

Good to Have

Experience with

Rive animations

.

Familiarity with

gamification logic

or Unity/Unreal concepts.

Exposure to

AI/ML-based mobile features

.

UI/UX or motion graphics background.

Experience publishing apps on

Play Store / App Store

.
