We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our engineering team at the SDE-2/3 level. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling high-quality mobile applications, ensuring smooth performance and exceptional user experiences across both Android and iOS platforms.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Backend to deliver new features.
• Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and reliability.
• Debug, optimize, and enhance existing mobile applications.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter releases, mobile development trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of mobile app development lifecycle (iOS & Android).
• Solid foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP concepts.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and libraries.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Familiarity with state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and memory management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, Go, or similar).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience deploying apps to the App Store and Play Store.
• Background in fast-paced startup environments with scalable apps.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
