Key Responsibilities

Design and develop mobile applications using

Flutter (Dart)

Lead and mentor a team of developers and conduct code reviews Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement modern, responsive interfaces Integrate REST APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness Identify and resolve bugs, memory leaks, and performance issues Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups Guide best practices in coding standards and architecture

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

4+ years

of hands-on experience in

Flutter development

Strong knowledge of

Dart, Android, and iOS

development principles Experience with

state management

(Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, GetX, etc.) Experience in publishing apps on

Google Play Store and Apple App Store

Experience working as a

Team Lead / Technical Lead

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON handling Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab

Good to Have

Experience with Firebase, Push Notifications, and Analytics Knowledge of Clean Architecture and MVVM Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
