About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer who is independent, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating high-quality mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing complex applications using Flutter and will be able to work collaboratively within our dynamic team while also taking initiative on independent projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and build advanced applications for the iOS and Android platforms using Flutter.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Maintain code quality through automated testing and code reviews.

Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall design and development of scalable solutions.

Mentor junior developers and share best practices within the team.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Flutter development.

Qualifications

:

Experience: 1+ years of experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on Flutter.

Diploma in Software Development/Mobile App Development.

Freshers with a passion for Flutter development are also can apply.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Dart programming language and Flutter framework.

Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud messaging.

Familiarity with state management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.

Understanding of mobile design principles, patterns, and best practices.

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience with native development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
