Job Title: Flutter Developer
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 2 3 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or a closely related discipline
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
Own feature development end-to-end: requirement understanding, implementation, testing, and release.
Build reusable UI components and follow best practices for responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces.
Integrate REST APIs and backend services for secure, data-driven features.
Implement and manage state management patterns (Provider / Riverpod / Bloc, etc.).
Ensure optimal app performance, smooth animations, and high responsiveness across devices.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, stability, and crash reduction.
Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, and continuous improvement of engineering standards.
Work with CI/CD pipelines for builds, releases, and automation (as applicable).
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver features on time and with high quality. Required Skills & Qualifications
2 3 years of professional experience in Flutter development (production apps preferred).
Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with a solid grasp of OOP and clean architecture concepts.
Experience building and releasing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Strong experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and asynchronous programming.
Good knowledge of state management (Provider / Riverpod / Bloc, etc.).
Understanding of mobile app fundamentals: navigation, animations, responsive UI, and app lifecycle.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows and collaborative development practices.
Experience with testing (unit/widget/integration) and debugging tools is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced product environment. Preferred / Good to Have

Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore/Realtime DB, Crashlytics, Analytics, Push Notifications).
Experience integrating payment gateways, video/audio, or real-time features.
Experience with native integrations (Swift/Kotlin) using platform channels.
Exposure to CI/CD tools (Codemagic, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, etc.).
Experience working in healthcare, SaaS, or AI-enabled applications.
