About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building high-quality mobile applications, writing clean and scalable code, and working with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
Implement state management solutions (preferably BLoC) to ensure predictable app behavior.
Integrate RESTful APIs and manage secure communication using HTTPS.
Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Use Postman for API testing and debugging.
Work with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore/Realtime Database, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, etc.).
Write clean, reusable, and efficient code while following best practices.
Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Debug and fix issues across devices and OS versions.
Requirements

Strong proficiency in Flutter & Dart.
Experience with BLoC pattern or similar state management approaches.
Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTPS protocols, and JSON.
Hands-on experience with Firebase integration.
Proficient in using Postman for API testing.
Familiarity with Git and collaborative development practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have (Optional)
Experience with native Android/iOS development.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of app publishing (Play Store & App Store).
