About the Role:

Homes & Buildings is seeking a skilled and passionate

Flutter Full Stack Developer

with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mobile and web application development. The ideal candidate will be proficient in building scalable, high-performing apps using

Flutter

for frontend and have strong knowledge of

backend technologies

such as Node.js, Firebase, or PHP. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced media-tech environment and contribute to developing innovative digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile & Web Application Development

Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using

Flutter

. Develop backend services, RESTful APIs, and database architectures. Ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

UI/UX Implementation

Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX wireframes into responsive, high-quality applications. Ensure smooth performance, animations, and consistent user experience across devices.

Database & Server Management

Work with

Firebase, MySQL, or MongoDB

for data storage and management. Handle API integrations and real-time data synchronization. Optimize performance and scalability of applications.

Testing & Deployment

Conduct thorough testing to identify bugs and performance issues. Deploy applications on

Google Play Store

and

Apple App Store

. Maintain version control and documentation using

Git/GitHub

.

Team Collaboration & Support

Work closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver robust digital solutions. Troubleshoot and debug issues in production environments. Stay updated with the latest trends in Flutter and full-stack technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in mobile and web development. Strong proficiency in

Flutter, Dart

, and backend technologies (

Node.js / Firebase / PHP

). Experience with API integration, authentication, and third-party libraries. Knowledge of state management tools (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.). Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and cloud platforms. Good understanding of database systems (MySQL, Firestore, or MongoDB). Experience in CI/CD pipelines, Git, and app store deployments. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
