Job Summary: Tattva Educational Training and Research LLP is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Flute Faculty member to join our institution. The Flute Faculty will be responsible for instructing students in the art and technique of playing the flute, fostering musical development, and providing a supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of flute pedagogy, and a commitment to nurturing the musical growth of students. Key Responsibilities: Flute Instruction: Provide one-on-one and/or group flute lessons to students, tailoring instruction to individual skill levels and needs. Curriculum Development: Develop and maintain a structured curriculum for flute music education that aligns with the institute\xe2\x80\x99s objectives and adapts to the evolving needs of students. Technique and Theory: Teach flute techniques, music theory, and the historical context of Indian classical music. Repertoire: Introduce students to a diverse range of flute compositions and help them master the intricacies of these compositions. Performance Preparation: Prepare students for performances, recitals, and competitions by imparting stage presence, performance etiquette, and confidence. Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess students\' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and musicianship. Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with students and their parents/guardians regarding progress, practice requirements, and performance opportunities. Stay Updated: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Indian classical music and the flute, and incorporate this knowledge into the teaching curriculum. Qualifications & Experiences: Proficiency: A high level of proficiency in playing the flute and a strong understanding of Indian classical music. Education: Min. Masters in Flute, or equivalent qualifications like M.Phil or Phd. In Indian Classical Music \xe2\x80\x93 Flute Instrument. Teaching Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching flute to students of various age groups and skill levels is preferred. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion: A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to preserving and promoting Indian classical music. Working Conditions: The Flute Music Teacher will work on a full time basis, depending on the institution\'s needs and policies and prevailing circumstances.
