Over the years, we have trained 30,000+ students globally across Canada, USA, Europe, India, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions.Our programs also prepare learners for international language proficiency tests such as TEF, TCF, DELF, DALF, DELE, GOETHE, IELTS, CELPIP, JLPT, and TOPIK.At Fluent Fast Academy, we don't just teach languages - we help individuals communicate, connect, and succeed on a global scale.Roles and Responsibilities:- Handle incoming inquiries from students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.- Provide detailed counselling about various foreign language courses, batches, and learning outcomes.- Convert potential leads into successful admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.- Maintain and update student data and lead status in the CRM system.- Schedule demo sessions and coordinate between students and trainers.- Assist students in choosing the right language courses based on their career or study abroad goals.- Manage daily follow-ups to ensure lead engagement and timely closures.- Prepare and share professional admission-related emails with prospective students.- Ensure excellent pre-admission and post-admission support to enhance the student experience.- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize lead generation and promotional activities.- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets as defined by management.- Contribute ideas for process improvement and better student engagement.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2C Sales, Counselling, or Education Admissions.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.- Experience in client relationship management.- Proficiency in CRM tools and email communication.- Ability to draft and send professional emails clearly and effectively.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team (ref:updazz.com)
