Responsibilities

As a Flowable SME, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business process management solutions using the Flowable platform. You will provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our business divisions. Your role will involve:


Leading the development and maintenance of BPM solutions using Flowable.


Collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to create efficient and scalable solutions.


Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.


Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.


Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers.


Troubleshooting and debugging issues across the stack.


Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.


Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.


Driving best practices and standards for Flowable development within the team.

Skills

Must have


Proven experience as a Flowable SME and Rule Engine (Drools).


Deep expertise in Flowable BPM, including process design, development, and deployment.


Proven expertise: Java or Python


Experience : 5-10 Years


Experience in developing solutions on the Flowable platform


Experience in BPMN, CMMN, and DMN modeling


Experience in integrating Flowable REST APIs and Java APIs


Experience in customizing Flowable User Interface and Flowable Forms


Ability to apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment


Taking the ownership for ensuring the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements


Ability to build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues


Understanding of agile delivery methodologies


Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities


Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with both technical experts and non-technical end-users
