Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the service center.
Coordinate with service technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of service requests.
Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow on the floor.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Maintain records, service schedules, and ensure proper documentation.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies on the floor.
Assist in staff coordination and training when required.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a service center, customer service, or floor management role.
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of service operations and basic technical understanding is a plus.
