Floor Supervisor - E-commerce Operations

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Floor Supervisor to manage daily e-commerce operations on the warehouse floor. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring timely order processing, maintaining inventory accuracy, training new employees, and ensuring smooth coordination between packing, dispatch, and inventory teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day floor operations related to order processing, packing, and dispatch. Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and handed over to logistics partners on time. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records. Conduct daily stock checks and report discrepancies. Manage manpower on the floor and assign tasks efficiently. Train new employees on order packing standards, system usage, and company SOPs. Assist in hiring and onboarding of new packing and warehouse staff. Maintain discipline, productivity, and work quality among floor staff. Ensure proper packaging standards and minimize order errors and returns. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the warehouse floor. Prepare daily performance and productivity reports. Resolve floor-level issues and escalate serious concerns to management.
